Are you licensed and insured?

We are very proud of our five star daycare and boarding licence from Horsham District Council. Our licence number is LI/21/0315/HOMEB and our certificate is displayed at our home.

We have a fully comprehensive insurance policy for daycare providers/boarders with ‘Pet Business Insurance’. A copy of our certificate is available upon request.

Can I book my dog in for daycare on-line?

We kindly ask that you choose a regular day for your dogs daycare sessions. This helps us ensure we can give each dog the attention they deserve and it gives your dog the chance to settle in and get to know the other dogs that attend. We will always be as flexible as possible and endeavour to fit you in for any additional days you may need from time to time.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

All dogs must be fully vaccinated annually to attend our facilities including kennel cough. Proof of vaccinations must be provided upon request.

Will I get regular updates and photos to show me what my dog is up to?

Absolutely! We’ll keep you updated with regular photos and updates so you can see how your dog is enjoying their time.
